Kimberly did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my duplex. Her expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determing a competitive purchase price while considering the future resale value for the area. Even though I haven't purchased a home yet, I felt compelled to leave a review because of how helpful and supportive Kimberly has been throughout the process so far. She has been incredibly patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me understand the market and explore my options without any pressure.What stands out most is her professionalism and honesty.
