• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content.

4Listings & Property Information

Property listings, prices, availability, square footage, photos, and other details displayed on the Site are supplied by IDX MLS Feed and third parties, and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current and accurate, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

You should independently verify all listing information — including price, availability, taxes, HOA fees, square footage, and property condition — before making any decisions. Listing data is provided "as is" and may be withdrawn or updated at any time without prior notice.

5No Brokerage Relationship

Browsing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or contacting an agent through the Site does not, by itself, create a broker-client, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Kaizen Realty or any affiliated agent. A brokerage relationship is only established through a separate, signed agreement as required under applicable state real estate law.

6Accounts

Some features of the Site (such as saved searches or favorites) may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@kaizen-realty.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content — including text, graphics, logos, the Kaizen Realty name and marks, and the design and layout of the Site — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Property photographs and listing content may be owned by the listing broker, MLS, or a third-party provider and are used under license.

You may view and download content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable MLS/IDX rules.

8User Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, inquiries, or other content through the Site, you grant Kaizen Realty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You represent that any content you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

9Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (such as mortgage calculators, mapping tools, or partner sites) that are not owned or controlled by Kaizen Realty. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

10Fair Housing

12Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAIZEN REALTY AND ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
