Our home selling experience with Catrell went very smoothly. Even though he had a planned vacation, he made sure everything stayed on track. He listed our home as “Coming Soon” across social media a few days before going live, and once it was listed Saturday morning, we had a showing within a couple of hours, an offer that evening, and two more offers the following day. Catrell handled the negotiations professionally and he was able to improve the initial offer. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. We appreciated how organized he was and how efficiently he kept everything moving from listing to closing. We would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

Catrell was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was very thankful for his knowledge with the VA loan which was super helpful because not all realtors understand the complexities/requirements that can come with those loans. He truly was all about looking out for our best interest. We were prepared to put an offer in on a new construction, but instead of taking the easy commission and fast money he advised against it because it wasn’t the best deal for us. We closed on a home that was cheaper than the new construction but truly was the best deal and larger home for our family. I highly recommend Catrell and promise you won’t be disappointed in his service.
