I used Steve to sell 2317 Pagely Place. I am in Chicago, so Steve provided invaluable assistance in cleaning a VERY run down house occupied by my brother. Couldn't have done it without his rehab contacts and assistance. He knew the market. I would use him again if I had any other properties in the Memphis area. He is reliable, honest, hard working. Great Agent.
