I recently relocated for a job from Dallas to Tennessee. I was referred by my employer to a realtor in Memphis to work with for my relocation. After running into some issues with the realtor, I did my own search online. Out of the three realtors I called and left messages for, Vanessa Marshall was the only one that returned my call. Ms. Marshall was very knowledgeable about the market in Memphis and answered any questions I had. She worked patiently with my schedule as I traveled back and forth between states. She kept me updated and informed at all times about all properties I showed interest in. There was never any hesitation to see a home at any time or day. I would highly recommend Ms. Marshall to anyone looking for a home.

I recently relocated to Memphis from Dallas and my employer referred me to an agent that was really not interested in helping my find a new home. I searched the internet for agents and found three and Vanessa was the only one that returned my call. Vanessa is professional and knowledgeable. She started working with me in July and had the true patience of Job. She listened to my wants and need for a new home and spent countless hours showing me he homes. Anything I asked, she either had the answer or would find out for me. She truly went above and beyond and I am grateful that she helped me find my dream home and I closed on 10/7. I would refer Vanessa to anyone and will only work with her if I ever need an agent again!!
