Rhonda was an amazing realtor. There was not a moment in the home buying process where I felt like she didn't have our backs and best interest at heart. She guided us through the the process of buying our first home with so much care. Her knowledge and expertise were second to none, and she made me and my fiancé feel so comfortable coming to her with any questions that we had while buying our home. Josh and his team helped us with the sale of our Arlington house. From the start he guided us on what we needed to do in order to compete most effectively with other homes for sale in our area. Even though the market has cooled, we received an offer quickly for above asking price. Once under contract, his team let us know what to expect at each step and walked us through the entire process. Selling a home can be a daunting process, but working with this group made everything seem flawless!

Josh, Rhonda and the team did a remarkable job helping us find a place in Bartlett. We are new to the area and found his expertise in good and safe places invaluable. We opted to go with a condo underconstruction. Josh took the reins and negotiated with the builders every step of the way, respresenting our interests and communticating what we needed to know. The team worked seamlessly...if one was unavailable when we reached out the other would take the reins and never missed a beat. We are both in our 70s and needed sound advice and had lots of questions. We were never disappointed with the Josh Holley Team.
